Telestax is a telecommunications software company that develops and supplies cloud-native software to the communications service provider (CSP) market. The DIrector of Solutions Architecture reached out to me to see if I can develop an easier way to visualize their services.

Mission
Develop wireframes that accurately depict how APIs can be used for common application functions. A Demo Kit was needed so that they are able to show their clients how APIs can be used easily.
Requirements
Number Masking
Be able to anonymize phone numbers to protect businesses' and customers' privacy.
Two Factor Authentication
Add an extra layer of security to ensure account protection.
SMS Blast
Send out one text message to thousands of customers or leads at the same time with a single click.
Brainstorming
Mapping out what the user flow will look like for the final wireframes was the first step. This allowed me to visualize how the screens will transition and what buttons will be needed on each interface.
First Iteration
After drawing out the user flow, I moved over to Figma and began digitizing the low-fidelity wireframes. This prototype was interactive and allowed me to present my ideas to the client for review.
Feedback
After sending the client the medium-fidelity wireframes I received some feedback and areas to improve on. the feedback was helpful and allowed me to better understand the needs of the client. The changes were made and another iteration was developed.
Second Iteration
After making the changes from the client feedback, the designs were simplified further.
